The Rats always look for new ways to get the taxpayers to fork over more. They NEVER look for ways the government could get by on LESS. Bill Simon should pound the tax and spend liberal California State Legislature every chance he gets and ask Gray Davis if he thinks the solution is to have California drivers pay MORE.
