This piece of legislation will seal the fate of central California (and California in general) which is swamped in illegal immigration and does not have the infrastructure in place to deal with these masses.
Many small farming communites are rapidly loosing their cultural history and identity and are simply becoming third world enclaves who lack the sophistication and resources to remain part of the American society.
The only way to stop it is at the ballot box. Vote for candidates who oppose this and do not reward those who support it.
