That's interesting. I think Bush going to Monterrey is a good idea too ---that's one Mexican city that is fairly properous and they didn't get prosperous by sending all their citizens away. It should be used as an example for the rest of Mexico.

"The Mexican government is very lenient with the United States," Mexican congressman and opposition party member Marti Batres said recently. "It seems that he's governing for them and not for Mexico." So when do Americans start getting the rights to buy land wherever they want in Mexico, vote in Mexican elections, hold dual citizenships so they can vote twice (thereby nullifying the votes of the sons and daughters of those who built the country) and demand all public services regardless of the legality of their immigration status?
