I'm not so sure that the men on this thread blaming Russell Yates are feminists. I think the men on this thread feel that the man in the family needs to be responsible for the family. Period. And that he dropped the ball.

Certainly there are feminist freeper women, however, I think the reason that so many are angry at Russell is that he didn't take responsibility when there were obvious signs that she was out of her gourd.

In my opinion, he tried as best that he was able, but, again, reiterating what I said, why have the last 2 children when she had a knife, talked about killing herself, was on meds, and needed his mother there by her side?

What part of not doing your wife when she's stinky and got greasy hair did he not understand? And what kind of man would do his wife in that condition???

There are five victim's in this nighmare. If after reviewing the case Russell Yates can be charged with negligent homicide, then so be it. Those children lived in a dysfuctional home, the adults were only concerned with their own survival. No one was taking care of mental and physical wellbeing of the five children. If there is a crime then that is it, no one gave a damm about the kids.

LOL....sorry I shouldn't laugh, but you make a good point, one that I hadn't considered. Russell is obviously not quite right in the head himself.
