My guess is that he is quoting the quran. mpbuh is another name for mohamed, I beleive. I know I have seen that name before. You will not be able to find a translator because arabic is not in the latin alphabet. He made up the spellings for these words himself. They are approximations. You will have to find someone that speaks arabic and see if they can decipher his phonetic spellings of arabic words.

Of course, we don't even know for sure if this is even arabic. It could be some other language. I don't see any way to know for sure what language it is.

MPBUH is shorthand for "May Praise Be Upon Him." It's used when referring to the prophet Mohammed.
