There are times when I would celebrate when a killer is put to death. This isn't one of them. This is a very sad case, involving a horrible crime committed by a woman who was sick in the head. No joy in her sentence for me even though it was necessary.

I agree with your sentiments. I am glad they did not kill her but she did know it was wrong and against the law when she killed her children. This sentence holds no joy or celebration for me,,I just feel sad for her children and her and her family. A truly awful case.

Tender mercies, Texico has a heart. I believe both sides are satisfied with the penalty verdict-- the summation by the prosecutors failed to go for the jugular, in seeking death for Andrea. Hooray nor NAMI!!!!
