Are those Nazi uniforms or are they SS uniforms?

The uniforms are classic hollywood Nazi uniforms. The uniform blouses appear to be Wehrmacht (army) issue rather than Waffen-SS, with Wehrmacht non-commissioned officer shoulder boards. The SS collar tabs are applied to the wrong side of the collar. The caps are late pattern with Wehrmacht eagles. The cap bands are obscured by photo enhancements.
