God's common grace extended to all mankind.

So we're all saved? Or if works are required to get into Heaven, we have to do those, but we never have to say a Christian prayer in our lives?

If you would know your theology, common grace is not the same as saving grace. Common grace simply means God lets you live and experience a life free of say, another worldwide flood. It does not mean you will go to heaven. Only saving grace can secure that.
