I am equallly offended at his nonsupportive and unpatriotic attitude.

If asked, this principal would probably state that he's "just as patriotic as the next guy" and "loves his country". There's a lot of that going around these days. Kinda like a wife-beater telling his wife he beats her because he loves her.

"Unpatriotic" is like "racist"...someone may not want to have non-whites in this country or in their neighborhood, but don't call them "racist", oh, no, they're not racist, they just have preferences. In the same way, antiAmericans hate to be called "unpatriotic", but they sure don't mind acting that way.
