He came on a visa. It expired. That makes him an illegal immigrant. He is paying for residency paperwork. He's trying to be part of the system-not trying to hide from it. His wife is already part of the system. He is trying to do the right thing. Should we kick him out just because the INS is too slow? We let him in in the first place. It was legal. This isn't your stereotypical immigrant sneaking in a bus
