--I hear ya on das vunderveapons, just supposin is all. I sorta keep hoping anyway. Also keep hoping one day the super patriots wrest back control from the one-worlders, too.

And I never heard, maybe you know, the rooshians had a high geographical altitude research station in tashkent? One of them 'stans way over yonder, particle beam research. That sorta fazed out scuttlebutt -wise several years ago. And the big mushroom cloud over sakhalin island that was reported, some sort of tesla research?

Its everything Tom Bearden has been screaming about since his first book back in 1978. Tesla tech is probably where this whole thing has gone. Secret, underground and mighty powerful. Russia said way back in 1978 they had developed a weapon system capable of destroying all life on earth. I am sure they mean Tesla weaponry...don't you?

Ever wonder if the WTC was hit by a beam weapon? It was pulverized..into dust. Sounds like a beam waepon in every sense.

Condi Rice commented this the other day..quote:
"And we can indeed reduce our nuclear forces by 2/3rds..
And intend to do that...whether Russia does or not".

The U.S. Triad arrangement is very vulnerable...from bandwith transmission..to slow ELF command to the "Boomers"...may analysts view a first strike by Multi-phasing EMP broadband as the deathnell to the Triads ability to respond.
Although TACAMOS are EMP hardened..it is still unkown if they will survive high altitude Multi-phasing EMP from stand-off Nuclear missiles..lauched by "Dash..highspeed",Soviet bombers.
The ELF[Extremely low Frequency] chain stations are vulnerable..the comment is...ELF is only viable PRIOR..to nuclear events...afterwards..it is useless.

Subs cannot reply to ELF..they must near surface to uplink with Satillite..and recieve "Burst transmission"

I am in no way an expert..but from Tom Clancey..to analyst info...a forward rocking ladder of stand off nuclear missiles could EMP from varied hemispherical elevations..from Alaska to the heartland..in less than 30 minutes.

The first side that goes EMP..wins...its a no brainer!

I think Bush is a master of deception and I don't trust him; however, if this is true, he and Rummy have to be the two biggest idiots on this planet.

"Even though only 50 MX missiles exists, with 10 warheads on each missile that’s a loss of 500 potential targets--a huge loss in deterrence capability."

I will have to go along with the govmints decision to phase out Peacekeeper. I was an engineer on the second stage motor and have a few tidbits to offer.

1. We have more than 50 Peacekeepers. In fact we have more than 100. The extras are traveling around the country in trailers while maintainence is performed. We will have Peackeepers to spare for quite sometime without new production.

2. It is the most deadly weapon system ever produced but is just not cost effective to maintain. Solid propellant systems need to be periodically regrained and Peacekeepers very flexible Kevlar-epoxy shell doesn't lend itself well to cutting out the old propellant with water jets as is done with minuteman and other rockets.

3. Peacekeeper has problems with flight enhanced erosion of the rubber insulation system that may be cutting into the design margins depending on the results of current surveilance and aging studies. Once the insulators are shot it is probability no longer possible to regrain. The hardware would have to be stripped and a whole new motor wound, insulated, and cast. $$$$$$$$$$$

4. Everything was sacrificed for performance on Peacekeeper and little thought was given to longivity, other components such as exit cones, gas generators, etc. may have a fixed life that is nearing the end.

5. Peacekeeper doesn't really have a mission anymore.

6. Minuteman with its steel shells can be upgraded and regrained for many more decades. It is easier to handle too. You don't have to worry as much about delaminations from hitting bumps in the road.

Your insight is right on as usual. The 10 million hunting rifles are a bit of a "unit on paper". This country is SO vulnerable to ANY upset in the norm. Our pretty plastic world with microwave pizza and cable TV and Britney Spears records. Hundreds of millions of sleeping Americans who don't know, don't WANT to know, don't care.... leave us alone and let us sleep. The eagle is wounded, I don't know what else to say. Its sad. For the people that is... for our "leaders" its treasonous.

--the one large scale alternative weapons system I might be willing to wager a years pay on is weather manipulation. Earthquakes to a much lesser extent, but atmospheric weather I am about sure of. I think it's being done all the time, sometimes for social manipulation and economic advantage. Sort of 'field testing" with big payoffs for some connected ones.

The next one is manipulation of moods and emotions via sound waves, perhaps radio waves. Beyond that, don't know, really getting into guessing then. I find the subject fascinating, but you'd have to wade through the abuse posts to even discuss it much here. Tesla-ish "stuff" is just so awesome to contemplate, I doubt there's many humans alive who really understanf a fraction of the potential, but I'm sure 'they" are trying and have been trying. Also whats-his-name down in florida with the massive rocks he moved by himself with zip tools, it's a little museum now. His tech is pretty nifty, can't drum his name up right this second, another serb I believe.

"A coalition of China and Russia would eliminate America in an hour.1 HOUR."

Yeah, but that's one hour from never. Russia desperately needs the US around to keep China in check. China has designs on Russia's land mass, and Russia knows it. Russia's population is shrinking, China's is bulging at the seams.

If they took out the US, the very next thing to happen would be a Chinese invasion of Russia, and there wouldn't be a whole lot Russia could do about it.

"What does America have to compare to that?"

Pro wrestling.

You can't blame Russia for our stupidity, or for our bread-and-circuses mentality that would result in a massive blown social gasket if we went about building a real civil defense infrastructure. (Even in the darkest days of the cold war, our national "civil defense" system was a joke, capable of nothing more than providing a bit of feelgood propaganda -- "duck and cover" for grownups.)

I think Russia is anticipating the likelihood of a major war -- with China.

"Search the I-net about P.A.L. codes being removed from the subs. They need the ELF emergency action message to launch, without one (which would obviously be the case in a pre-emptive decapitory strike [target fall in 6 minutes from an enemy sub], they could not fire the missiles...even if they got them out of the tubes, they would not detonate...BY DESIGN"

I remember when Slick ordered that castration of the submarines -- has Bush rescinded it yet?
