He is believed to be someone very high in the Al Quaeda network.
Shippers says this is coming from inside the agency and all that remains is to dot the i-s. Expecting a full fledged news conference within a few days...and he sounded pi$$ed and disgusted. But he placed the blame squarely on Clinton.

Schippers information obviously links the ME terrorists supporting the OKC bombing with the 9/11 hijackers which is what many of us on FR have been screaming about since 9/11.

To rephrase what I believe replies 11 and 15 are saying:

9/11 hijacker pilot Atta was seen in the Phillipines with McVeigh and Nichols and JD#2 and then Atta was again seen shortly before 9/11 again with JD#2 who may or not be Al Hussaini?? Please correct this if it is incorrect.
