I believe the emphasis here should be on the phrase ”white man.”after all he is not a minority so therefore does not have the same rights.

It will be interesting to see if that aspect, him being white, of the case will come up in the trial.

I suspect that he being homeless had a lot more to do with it than race. IMHO

Not true here in Cali. Of course the San Diego City council stopped using the term minority after we became one. True story. And alot of our fellow whites vote for these morons.
