All of the above people were listed as assisting in the this horrible crime but I haven't seen anything indicating that they are in custody!!!
Names were found in the arrest warrent affidavit shown here.
He did nothing. Again, this trapped man was in his garage. Brought there by someone else, but he chose to do nothing. That made him an accessory to the crime.
I do not know why he has not been jailed yet.
The others who dumped the body will likely be charged (after it has been determined who did what).
They need to be careful is defining the charges so that the culprits do not get away with their crimes but it does seem that there are other people who aren't getting enough scrutiny right now.
