[Mexicans have always been here and always will]
Well, they haven't always been in Virginia and other states so far from the border. They haven't always been all over the US in numbers sufficient to represent voting blocs. The fact that they are now is due to policies pursued by politicians of both parties.

You got that right. In many Georgia counties, Mexicans make up five to ten percent of the population. In a few, they make up as much as twenty percent of the population. However, ten years ago, there wasn't a county in the state that had a Mexican (Hispanic) population greater than four percent. Now, this isn't because they're legal. Most of them are illegal and have broken our borders. Furthermore, we have a governor who has asked President Bush for more illegals. He claims that they've kept the economy alive. How naieve, doesn't he realize that it's a time bomb waiting to explode?
