You are correct. This close vote was absolutely by design..I watched..i saw vote totals going back and forth..One second there were 100 republican votes against..A second later there was 99 votes against.. Then 100 votes again a few seconds later. They are so full of crap. The leadership allowed the reps that took the most heat from their constiutents to vote against it... I know this game. This was going to pass no matter what.
