Since this bill will require 2/3 yays, that means to block it Tancredo only needs to find 146 to vote against it. Work the halls, Mr. Tancredo, the American people are counting on you. Pardon my ignorance, but from whence comes the 2/3 majority requirement? I thought it was because they were taking a voice vote on the amended bill. Does the recorded vote require 2/3 to pass?
