Make that millions upon millions of illegals. Many major city ERs are standing room only, packed with non english speaking people. Many don't have doctors, so they use the ER as their doctor.
Many of our best trama centers have been shut down and went bankrupt due to thousands with no money or insurance. Most of the babies in Los Angeles hospitals are from illegal aliens. Its completely out of control .
