This migration has been going on for the past 10 years at an alarming rate. Look at some of the 1990 - 2000 statistics of the population increases of the Asian and Latin population in some states. Bush is just escalating the timeline of the loss of the America we once knew.

1990 - 2000 - % Asian increase:

Over 70% of the United States annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York) results from immigration.
