Heck of a thread you have running here. I just got up and am about 200 post behind. I hope someone will run a live thread Tuesday about 245(i). Same here. We had a wicked storm last night in NY, knocked out everything including cable. Didn't miss much from the pro-illegal alien crowd though. They've been asked over and over how this massive invasion benefits the US and still no answer.

You know when they were scared of massive hordes coming from Ireland, Poland, Italy, and Jews from all over Europe.
I guess America should have been on it's deathbed one hundred years ago?

Yes indeed, and it's also proof that they're "big tenters" who wandered in from the democrat and communist parties. The GOP is so riddled with socialists and communists that it's absolutely worthless as a home for conservatives. A look at the candidates they offer should be enough to send any conservative looking for another party.

Uh oh. She's back. Uh yes, the great poltergeist(according to you all) who challenges your notions, hysterical hyperbole, and your knee jerk reactions that immigration is bad.
BTW, this "poltergeist" is a he.

You know, you keep making the same tired old arguments about the poor Irish 100 years ago. Give me a break. I don't need you to tell me they were treated badly. My grandmother, bless her, can do that.
But you still haven't been able to tell us how we are supposed to welcome illegal immigrants into the country?

Where are your ancestors from brownie74? Why do you ask? Are you writing a book hoss?

BTW, this "poltergeist" is a he. And so am I, so let's debate like men. Even though when it comes to illegal immigration, I don't think there's much to talk about.

He did pen a speech about America being the "shining city on the hill". A beacon for freedom for the people the world over. Reagan wasn't afraid of people who looked different from him.

So, I'm an ignorant hillbilly imbecile? How is it then that you have lost every single Constitutional argument you've had with me for the past year?
You're a pathetic little poseur who has never won a single argument with anyone in the entire time I've been here. DU beckons, boy. Click the back button on your browser until you arrive back home there.

My grandmother, bless her, can do that. And you want to act like the people 100 years ago who hated your grandmother because she was Irish, interesting.
The more things change, the more things stay the same.

Yeah, you can't help but notice a turd in the punch bowl. IOW, reality rears it's ugly head in an anti-immigrant "rah-rah" seesion.

We had a wicked storm last night in NY, knocked out everything including cable. I know. I spoke briefly with a Ham Radio Operator up there and he said that he was going to "pull the plug" because of the weather. I Hope you came through OK.

You might wish to consult a dictionary - you don't seem to grasp the difference between legal and illegal immigration; this is a very common failure with liberals.
