Since you can't make your case, anything you have to say on this topic is worthless.

Look what has happened to the Mexican economy now that we have sent a bunch of corporations down there to pump them up. Nada, no improvement unless you count the rake off by the Mexican elite and the workers trying to unionize for higher pay.

I use to think it would be a good idea to build the Mexican economy, but now I see it as a black money sucking hole. Mexico is America's Palestine with the corrupt government it has in place. Illegal Mexicans will not improve our lot, rather bring our country's wage down to their level. If you think the "New World Order" is going to be some workers paradise, that old prostitute has been around a long time.

The insanity involved in tying our security to Mexico's cooperation regarding it's borders, seaports, and airports is beyond comprehension. I'm sure you will grasp the horror of that fact after palms are crossed with a little cash, that first nuke is smuggled across the border and you are busy trying to put your childrens skin back on them.

You apparently think that President Fox has a certain authority over the American government and that he can dictate our immigration laws and he can tell us if we are to have a one-way border of not. Why didn't Fox do the same for those Cuban refugees who went to the Mexican embassy to seek asylum? Can't you see Fox is the biggest lying hypocrit around?

Huh then America should have been dead long ago when poor illiterate immigrants from Europe swarmed the US a hundred years ago.

That's pretty much when we started on the slippery slope to Socialism.....when we imported people who brought in Socialist unions to gain control of our government.

Would you agree to letting the Prime Minister of Canada dictate that we were to allow every Canadian full access to every job, every social program, every resource in the United States but that Americans were not to be given rights to Canadian jobs and resources?

More likely never criticize anything Fox proposes.

I actually once witnessed an anti-Mexican zealot confessing that he had voted against the initiative ending bilingual education in California. His reasoning was that knowledge of English would make the "brown cockroaches" more acceptable to Whites and make their deportation more difficult.

That is not surprising.

Where has it been said that every Mexican citizen gets an entitlement?

In case you didn't hear about this ---look how Fox is when it comes to true political refugees:

HAVANA · Responding to a request from the Mexican ambassador, Fidel Castro early Friday morning approved orders for police to evict 21 young Cuban men from the Mexican Embassy, bringing a swift end to a potentially tense diplomatic standoff.

The Cubans, who had commandeered a city bus two days earlier and crashed through the embassy's gate, were sleeping in the library when 42 unarmed special forces officers entered the diplomatic compound about 4:30 a.m. Within six minutes they were all loaded onto awaiting buses and driven away.

"Most of them left very passively. It was really very, very quiet," said Ambassador Ricardo Pascoe Pierce, who witnessed the men's removal. He repeated the Mexican government's position that the men, who ranged in age from 16 to 38, did not seek political asylum or show evidence of persecution.

"Our sense was that they were adventurers who wanted to get a visa and a plane ticket," he said. "My impression is that they were duped. … We're not willing to let our embassy become a victim in an action that is very unclear in its origin."

Pascoe Pierce and a highly placed Cuban official said they did not know where the men were being held or what charges they face. Pascoe Pierce said the minors might be released.

Mexican officials repeatedly had asked the men to leave the embassy. When they didn't, Mexico asked the Cuban government to intervene. Only an hour before the pre-dawn eviction, during a meeting with Castro and Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque, Pascoe Pierce said he discussed the "pros and cons of the action."

Doesn't he realize that his goals to help the poor will only turn around and drag everyone down?

If Bush wants to help the poor, why doesn't he help poor Americans? This massive invasion harms not only our poor but the middle class as well. The guy has a screw loose somewhere if he's more concerned with Mexicans than Americans. To hell with the poor Mexicans, let Vicente Fox take care of them. I'm fed up with this BS. The more I read on this subject, the more and more I dislike Bush.

LOL! With a screen name like Fitz that statement is quite ironic.

They want rights to the entitlements ---that's the only thing being illegal denies them. You still didn't answer if the Prime Minister of Canada can insist that every Canadian have access to the entire US economy but not the reverse.

You'll see lots of ironies ---I know many Hispanics who don't believe in open borders or rewarding law-breakers with amnesty ---especially those who made the effort to immigrate legally. I don't believe the Irish should be allowed to break our immigration laws either.

You are so wrong. You haven't answered the true questions that I present to you. Furthermore, the overwhelming majority of Ellis Island arrivals wanted nothing more than to be Americans. That's not the same as with the people from Mexico.

Let me tell you about a friend of mine, a coworker that is. He is an immigrant from the south of Brazil, who emigrated here, legally, last year. He is fluent in English, was an engineer in Brazil. He came from the south Brazilian city of Uberlandia.

His "rants" are much the same as mine. He wonders why the Mexicans don't want to learn English, become Americans, etc. His statement to me was, "they don't want to learn English".

He has two daughters of whom can now speak fluent English after living in the U.S. for seven months. Sometimes they'll come into the workplace, and I've on occassions seen at least one of his daughters wearing an American flag t-shirt. In the back of my coworkers car, he has an American flag, and he came to America so that his daughters could have a better life. You might say, "well, that's what the Mexicans are doing". You're right, most are. However, illegals, as well as a majority of Mexicans, in my opinion, are different in that they have no desire to be Americans. Unlike my coworker, whose goal was also to be an American, many Mexicans do not share this trait.

One thing about his daughers, he tells me, is that when they came to America, they were placed in (ESL) English as a Second Language classes. He indicated that he did not want them to be in there for very long, for he wanted them speaking English and in classes with the American kids. Within a couple of months, their English had improved to such an extent that they were placed in regular classes. Furthermore, they're making A's and B's.

I once spoke with his daughter, and she claimed that most of the students in the ESL classes were Mexican. Futhermore, she told me that many of them had been there before she arrived, and that many had yet to learn very much English. She was saying that it was as if they didn't want to learn the language.

Again, this is just an example.

Now, I would like you to answer my questions?
1) Do you support illegal immigration?
2) Do you believe that rewarding illegal behavior is okay?
3) From where in the country do you reside?
4) Do you profit from and, or, are you related to any illegal aliens?

In many Georgia counties, Mexicans make up five to ten percent of the population. In a few, they make up as much as twenty percent of the population. However, ten years ago, there wasn't a county in the state that had a Mexican (Hispanic) population greater than four percent. Now, this isn't because they're legal. Most of them are illegal and have broken our borders. Furthermore, we have a governor who has asked President Bush for more illegals. He claims that they've kept the economy alive. How naieve, doesn't he realize that it's a time bomb waiting to explode?

Keep your eye on Saxby Chambliss come Tuesday when the 245i vote happens. He has big plans on becoming senator in November. If he votes for this (which I think he will) it needs to be brought to the attention of all the citizens of our state. If he wins the primary this proud southerner will be sitting out the senate race on election day.

As for King Roy, what do you expect??????? He and all the good ole boy Dems who control this state are bought and paid for by big business interests from out of state. Always has been, and always will be unless people stop being obsessed with their mundane, materialistic personal lives.

Well you should have agreed with Fox with your anti-immigrant rehtoric

These poor illiterate Cubans would have just come to the US and be more of a burden on our society, according to your rhetoric.

I am surprised that you aren't congratulating Fox.

I guess refusing the Cubans political asylum was okay in your book. Even while at the same time, Fox is demanding something far different from the Americans. And for 8 million not 21 individuals.
