failing to stop and render aid

In Chante's lawyer's mischaracterization (viz. lying), he totally left out what could only be considered kidnapping and torture--causing death, inasmuch as his accident injuries didn't come close to killing him. She unlawfully restrained him from getting urgently needed medical care.

Perhaps the transient could be characterized as an amalgam of all those who had tormented her during her life. I'm sure there's a good victim-angle there somewhere.

Just when are this society's lawyers going to stop trying to (and succeeding) absolve people by blaming chemicals, hobgoblins and inanimate objects)? Ignorant and nullifying juries aren't headed in the right direction. When will our legislators remove the possibilities of such a defense? Never, for legislators have been corrupted via their benefactors in the ABA.

besides, our congress critters need them 10 times as often as the general public, so... no, of course they aren't going to remove their 'escape clause'
