You mean they missed the part where the plane climbed sharply and flew to an undisclosed location to discharge the passengers and direct Barbara to her post in the shadow gov't, while people at the Pentagon detonated a bomb and then talked dozens of people into thinking they saw a plane hit the building? Just to weigh in,and I apologise since I didnt read the entire post. Video time codes, utilised in CCTV(security cameras)depend on the recording VTR-not the camera.It does not mean the correct "time" will play-back on a particular video track.

It is a matter of sequential stills.It is very hard, if not impossible,to edit an original tape, and conceal the edit.Live video is about 30 frames per second.Security systems record generally at 15 FPS,mostly less.
