fyi, I am aware of no military (or other) use of "International Dateline Time". Most military time is either local, or Greenwich Mean Time (also known as Zulu). Do you possibly mean Coordinated Universal Time, also known as *Zulu time*?

Daylight savings time was in effect on 9-11, did y'all factor that in? EST is Zulu - 5, EDT is thus Zulu - 4.
