When you are on the right course, it doesn't make sense to deviate from that course because your enemy proves conclusively why he is your enemy. Under normal circumstances we abide by the rules of the Geneva Convention, and I believe we should continue that course, else, the next conflict we find ourselves in could prove even worse for those in harms way. We should just chalk the death of this brave warrior up to "knowing the enemy" as if we didn't already. WTC, We shall never forget.

That's inhumane overkill. I suggest we take ten of the biggest Gitmo Guests, dress them in pigskin, tie their hands and feet, and push them out of a high-altitude helicopter where the execution took place.
