LOL~~ I just read you're on a diet..HEY YOU LOOKIN GOOD GIRLFRIEND! What kind are you on? I've been told to go on a low glycemic diet cuz I have insulin resistance.

Thanks! Body For Life Eat 6 times a day (1 portion of protein, 1 portion of carbs).
A portion is defined as the size of your fist. Which sucks if you have small fists.

Lift weights 3 times a week, 20 minutes of aerobic 3 other days of the week, and do nothing and eat whatever on the 7th day.
