Do we want to extend the time period, for say 24 hours??? I'd like to give the whole amount to whatever state contributes the most instead of all those other rules you posted. I'll carpet bomb when we have the 'official' rules.

Those other posts were just an example of format and prompting. You did perfect and should make the rules however you like. It's your world, we just live here.
