I guess I consider a win when the other side is dead, not when the other side goes away with a bloody nose. I guess it depends on your definition.
I liked the news about the Klamath farmers being given more water, instead of none. I guess I would consider it a win WHEN, (NOT IF), the farmers get water from now til eternity. One planting season is better than no planting season, which is what we had before, so I guess this is a win after all.
I still want to see the enviro-loonies tarred and feathered and run out of town.

We both want the same:
I still want to see the enviro-loonies tarred and feathered and run out of town! (actually out of America)"
They have been winning every battle since the mid 1970's, and most of America didn't even know that battles and war was going on!
We have a long way to go. This is just the first step and it is a big win. This battle was fought in the belly of the enviral beast, Oregon/California, and those farmers/ranchers for the most part are still there getting ready for this season. Without Jeff Head's and others actions, they would have been rurally cleansed and without hope!
I hope that you join us in the upcoming battles with these vile bastards. Hopefully in 7 years, we can heat up the tar and use spotted owl feathers to finish our job with them! However, it will be a long series of battles, and we will probably lose a few on the way. We will win!

THE FARMERS ARE ALREADY GETTING WATER--(A) Winter field irrigation through ADY and NORTH Canals for the west side of the system.--(B) Starting irrigation, canal wetting, and soaking up the water table for spring planting in the Tulelake Irrigation District(TID for short)with flow from the Lost River Diversion Canal on through Lost river to the south to the Anderson-Rose Dam where it is diverted into TID's canals and lateral ditches. These sources are from Klamath River below Link Dam, the outlet of upper Klamath Lake. Some of us are asking the Klamath Irrigation District (KID) to start soaking up their system early also. They are located between Klamath Lake and the TID to the south. The water for them would mostly come through the Headgates. The faster they soak it up the sooner the dry wells will recover and the ground will be have moisture for planting.Ed Hubel.

The greenies were planning on disrupting the farming on the refuges, by bidding on some leases that were up. Deadline was yesterday. They planned on getting leases and letting them be turned into flooded wetlands. In among the other farmers it would have disrupted the other operations. Made a big deal out of it with the local half greenie paper. Only put in one minimum bid so I hear. What cheapass scum. Just an asshole PR scheme. It will make them look like cheap blowhards, who only use gov money and collusion with greens in gov to get their way.Ed Hubel
