I just heard about someone getting a DUI on a bike here in Talibanifornia. I can't believe this crap.

You had better believe it. Riding a bike while intoxicated is illegal in just about every state. How would you like to be driving home and have some drunk on a bike ride into you? He gets injured and turns around and sues you for a bundle. Or he gets killed and his family sues you.

Yup, a bicyclist can get a DUI but it doesn't go on his driver's license at least.

I think it was two or so years ago that they tried to give a guy on horseback a DUI. I think it was thrown out because the judge said that the horse was sober and that was what mattered. There may be a new law dealing with events like this. Real concern drunk horseriding. Our masters have too much free time on their hands.
