Unless he said, "I'm going to kill you, n*****," or words to that effect, you probably can't. He said this:"I looked at him and I said, 'You bring that n----- up here. I want to kick his f---ing ass,'"
And he didn't say it to the guy who was the purported "victim"! He said it to the guy who calmed him down!
