Carly Fiorina is the Jac Nasser of the Tech world (that is NOT a compliment).
Since a good friend of mine was 'excessed' by HP,I have had little use for this company. My distaste for HP wasn't helped by the 'computer' they sold me 2 years ago. As a computer it makes a good boat anchor.
People talk about the HP way. In my case it's 'no way another HP'.
She's trying to buy Compaq to provide HP with a distribution network for HP products. But Compaq is the wrong partner, and I don't think that a tech company should be getting involved in the " box" business. The future for box makers is low margins and consolidation just like what happened in the TV box business.
