But I have a gut feeling he is going to reveal more than the van Dams want the public to know about themselves. We shall see.So do I. I have a lot of gut feelings about this whole thing.
People can say that we shouldn't judge the parents by their public emotion and that may be true, but things still don't add up.
The apparent absence of emotion; the swinging; the ignored security breach; the dad hearing nothing; Brenda asking about book deals; Brenda calling the video of Danielle a "tear-jerker"; and many other things, make this couple appear differently than most of us would expect.
Fair or not, it is not unreasonable to find them odd and maybe suspicious. It doesn't exonerate Westerfield but it sure screams out for looking closely at the parents. Who knows what kind of relationship Brenda and Westerfield had.....or for that matter, Damon and Westerfield?
If reports are true, they are all sexual deviants. It should do more than just raise eyebrows.

Questions...that is what we are asking. Nothing more, nothing less than we should be doing. What went on in that house from that night till the next morning should be questioned. The circumstances that led up to Westerfields gaining undetected access to that home are legitimate issues and the key to the child's abduction.

On one of the earlier threads re VDs, wasn't a note found that had been written by Danielle quite some time before all this happened? Something about "please love me daddy". Me thinks, and this is just a theory not an accusation, that perhaps Danielle wrote this note to Dad after she had done something to really p*** him off, an apology of sorts asking for forgiveness or "please don't hate me", because maybe Dad was being vindictive? What had she denied him?
