He would need to be in a glass cage if he had harmed one of my daughters.
But isn't it sooo amusing? A defense attorney ask for a gag order! Concerned his client won't get a fair trial. LOL Johnny Cochran and other courthouse step lawyers wouldn't know how to proceed without the ability to try and taint the jury pool.

Important discovery issues like what he's being arrested for. Motions like that could mean reversal on appeal after conviction. I can't believe the San Diego County DA didn't even tell him what he was being charged with. What morons.

It would certainly suck to be one of Westerfields 2 grown children. Alot of evidence against this guy, it's not a solid case though. I hope they fry him if he is the culprit. Beautiful little girl, reminds me of my own daughter, I would do my best to get thrown in jail so i could kill him myself.
