I hope all of us who have supported Notre Dame financially suddenly lose our checkbooks. This is a gross slap in the face to the person for whom this institution was named. I really cannot believe the administration will allow this. I suspect that this is exactly what will happen, at least among older alumni. Incidentally, I have heard more than a few alumni say they probably won't send their children there.
