Would you agree that it is Gods grace that leads us to repentance?

From the very beginning of Wesley's sermon Mom:
The grace or love of God, whence cometh our salvation, is FREE IN ALL, and FREE FOR ALL.

I think we can agree that we are saved by the grace of God..But I would put forth that scripture is clear that repentance must preceed salvation, and I would further say that man is not capable of seeing his sin with out Gods grace
