LOL- I have vast YEARS of experience with Procomm- but like 10 years ago- I am just surprised it is still around.

I didn't mean experience with Procomm, I meant experience with programming, observing, and troubleshooting industrial electronic equipment that uses serial comms. I see now that your post 96 was in response to an earlier post of mine, not my post 95, which explained what I was doing with Procomm. Our posts probably crossed each other. In any case, I'm still using the copy of Procomm DOS I was using in 1994. As far as the program still being around, DataStorm has a Windogs version that seems to have some of the same limitations for my application that aggravate me for free when I use HyperTerminal.
