In fact prison inmates do have newspapers published.

C'mon... think man... think.

Do they own the papers, or are they "allowed" to publish at the discretion of their jailors?

Are they under editorial control of the prisoners... or of the prison?

Can they print what they want without fear of reprisal?

Free speech?

C'mon man.... THINK!
