So, if they win the case, what is New jersey supposed to do? Go slaughter the deer population? Am I reading this right? PETA is suing to demand that the state indiscriminately kill wildlife?

Actualy New Jersey should fine PETA for recklessly infringing on this priceless creatures' habitat. Regardless of the population size, these creatures have an inalienable right not to be run over by idiots. hehe
