Let us understand that the U.S. Supreme Court has one charter, decide CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES.

Comparing the EU to the US Gov. is like comparing apples to oranges. The EU is nothing but a loose alliances of European nations with disparate heritages. EU has no standing Army under it's direct control. The Euro is all it has, not a very strong currency at that.
