Actually, my proposal was more institutional... But your idea of some sort of bounty on illegals is worth further consideration. Especially since the illegals would be paying it themselves.

Hmmmm... How about a similar (but higher) bounty put on politically correct recalcitrant superiors? Just bring in the head or hide for verification...

But don't limit it to INS and Border Patrol agents, let the citizenry at large participate as well. With the right promotional efforts you could just about turn it into a sort of Reality TV game show.
