Depending on your definition of "stranger", most Americans have been "perverts" at one time or another. Where is the "perversion" in having otherwise ordinary heterosexual sex with a person you haven't known that long? How about if you have sex with friends that you've known for years? This fixation with sexual behavior can't possibly be healthy. If "non-pervert" means "no sex until marriage and even then just the missionary position", then the "non-perverts" would be few indeed.

Eric, sexual deviancy does not confine itself to simply wife-swapping. And it seems to be your contention that a wife-swapper would not touch a child. You are generalizing a group of people, i.e. wife swappers, and it makes no sense.

No, it still seems strange to me. This is a lifestyle that is completely alien to me.

If I planned on going camping for the weekend, I would have probably left as soon as possible after getting home from work on Friday. If not that, I would have went to bed early, intending to get up and make an early start of it Saturday morning. It seems strange to me that someone would plan on going camping, then head to a bar to drink all night, and if you're correct in your assumptions, do drugs, then get behind the wheel of a motor home, or any vehicle, and take off on a road trip. It seems strange to me.

Yes, and you only admit to engaging in heterosexual sex. Who knows what furry critters you may be having sex with. And then there is that almost certain homosexual behavior you engage in that I'm sure we would uncover if we investigated further.

You get the point. I guess critical thinking really IS dead in America. Just because cold medicine can be used to make amphetamines doesn't mean that everyone who buys Sudafed is a crank whore. Just because they admitted to smoking pot doesn't mean that they were probably shooting up heroin as well. It doesn't follow.
