Talk about your odd coincidence... I picked up this special issue of SciAm, which didn't go out to subscribers, as it has this (not online, and I've not read it at all):

Thanks for the link, SC. I see that issue also has an interview with Brian Greene, who did "The Elegant Universe" series for Nova. I'd be interested in hearing what his latest is too. I think I'll have to subscribe.

I'm re-reading an old book I picked up in the 70's, "Stalking the Wild Pendulum" by Ithak Bentov. He's not a physicist . . . more of an 'intuitionalist' and has some easy-to-understand models. He has a chapter on the holographic universe as well. More later.
