I'm assuming "that bastard" is Der SchleekMeister, and considering the damage Slick's Treason has inflicted upon this Country, I can understand the desire. However, taking the law into our own hands would be EXACTLY the wrong strategy for dealing with Slick's--and the Left's--Tyranny, IMHO. Bill Clinton's crimes have directly assaulted the Rule By Law, Not Men principle upon which this Republic was formed, and for the Right to knock off Clinton would mean we are rejecting that same principle. Not only would it de-legitimize that Principle, we would be creating a Martyr for the Left.

Conversely, by utilizing the already-existent Institutions available to us to bring Bill Clinton to Justice--and you'll get no argument from me if that Justice includes a firing squad for Slick's blatant Treason--we will be reinforcing the Primacy of Equal Justice Under Law and striking a deathblow against the Effete Elite who hold themselves unaccountable to the Laws that restrict the actions of the rest of us Common Sheeple.

We must Stay the Course and Justice will be served...MUD

He would be better off handling this CFR as Rummy would....simple statements of fact, "it's bogus," rather than these daily diatribes to the choir. He's disrespectful of his audience and the President. How many of us knew everything Rush has been repeating the last three days before the final vote last week? President Bush knows. Cheers.

Yes, Rush has been stirring the pot a bit. But, maybe necessary to keep pressure on from the right. Agree that the Rummy approach would be more satisfying. Thanks!

I'm counting on it!! Once he does that, obviously, he's gotta negotiate out the Ban on Advertising Against Candidates 60 days before an election/primary. Other than that, what are some especially egregious elements of the bill that need to be renegotiated?

Yep, for the most part I heartily agree...but this is a big issue and for him to shy away from conflict on this--like he did on the Education Bill--it'd cause me to rethink how avidly I support him in the future.
