I think given today's anti-gun enviornment in many parts of the country it's foolish to argue amongs't ourselves. Frankly, forgetting whether we're members or not, from the perspective of someone who's pro 2nd, I'm not sure I understand the anti-NRA position. I understand some may prefer more aggressive groups, but that's no reason to bash the NRA.
He is a Federal LEO. Read his homepage. He obviously doesn't care about the Second Amendment or legislation infringing on it judging from his quotes on the other thread. As an LEO he is above the law hence his quote:
