I think it is probably a "subtle" warning to the RATS that if they really WANT investigations, then they'll GET them - in SPADES. I think it is a good tactic to start with something "minor" as a warning that there are bigger and better things to come. There are a lot of Clinton's RATS looking over their shoulder wondering if and when the NEW Justice Department will start stalking them. SOON I hope!

Maybe Hitlery will finally shut up (but this is doubtful) and stop blaming Bush for all that's wrong with our country, i.e., his tax rebates causing great harm to the 9/11 recovery, etc. She will start feeling the finger-pointings now on real, rather than imagined, wrong-doings. I hope she's squirming and loses lots of sleep.

I think it is probably a subtle warning to the Rats:
You mean a subtle warning like this?
"Senator Soandso, this is Hillary, you know, we really need your help on this impeachment thing, you know, and I was just going over this FBI file, you know, that just fell on my desk, I can't recall how, but anyway, remember this file and think about Vince Foster and, you know, I know we can count on your influence.

"...I think it is probably a "subtle" warning to the RATS that if they really WANT investigations, then they'll GET them - in SPADES. I think it is a good tactic to start with something "minor" as a warning that there are bigger and better things to come..." That's the correct answer.
And it's a win-win strategy.
Either the democrats knuckle under and comply with this warning to cool their scandal-jets or we see some interesting details of their past crimes.
The only improvement to this strategy that I would dial in would be a double-cross (in the event that they do comply with this warning) at a later date.
