Rule two is never point that firearm at anything you do not intend to kill. Maybe the kid he shot was from a family that supports RKBA?
No, I am not cutting him any slack -- he was a "trained professional" in a state that is keeping a registry of all gunowners, contrary to the Constitution. I have not read the thread yet, but I can't think of a single reason to excuse the fool.
