yes, yes, the cheed IS part of the head, but 'shot in the head' tends to render a quite different mental image than grazed on the cheek, eh?

yup? and i'll bet the part they conveniently forgot to report is that she tried to catch it.

you do that at an idpa match, you are disqualified. for obvious reasons...
poorly trained officer, if this is indeed the case.

You fail to notice that I posted this many hours ago when the story was just breaking and it was reported that the child was hit in the head, not the cheek. I'm not a psychic!
