Please explain that to me, I'm a bit slow today.
Short of going to war with them, how can we force any country to allow us to "impose our will" on them?
Refusing to give them money is not a valid definition of imposing our will; they can merely refuse it and do whatever they want.

You haven't noticed all the U.S. soldiers all over the world where we want things like oil? Hmmm? It's ALWAYS about money. And/or power. "We" are imposing "our" will - actually the will of the globalist corporations - all over the world.
