YOU are going to call COMMON TATOR a liberal revisionist historian. HAH! That's the funniest thing I've ever heard on FR and a new low in rhetoric. A new low.

Agree with Redbob,"articulate, articulate, articulate"! Simplify, articulate and repeat is a winner over any in-depth voter analysis. Look folks, Clinton won with the slogan that fit on a post-it note: "It's the economy, stupid"

We can argue an infinitum about every emotional issue and what will bring out the largest group of Republicans, but unless the leadership learns to articulate a simple, appealing, common sense mantra and find creative ways to get it into the news every day using locals, candidates, grass-roots groups, we will continue to lose to the media-savvy soundbite warriors on the left. BTW, I think Bush is "getting it", but we cannot count on one man and his vision to "lift all boats."
