That headcovering appears so bulky that it might dangerously hinder the driver's peripheral vision, so that woman shouldn't be driving anyway. Besides, possessing a driver's license is a privilege, not a civil right. She should just walk, ride a bike, get a ride, or use public transportation. (or emigrate)
